In June, our churches in the North Coast held a fellowship day at the Cofradia Church. However, due to COVID, we had a smaller group gather together. It was a time of joy and encouragement.
On Sunday June 27th, the youth in the west zone of Honduras held an all day conference at El Arca. Representatives from each church attended. The topics for this year included: Youth on the Brink of Failure, Joseph's Secret, The Adventure of Dreaming, and Facing challenges as a young Christian. All these conferences helped strengthen the faith and challenges that youth face in their daily lives. It was a great blessing to them. Lastly, I had the honor and privilege of being selected, with a few other pastors, to accompany the president of Honduras as part of the Honduran Delegation to witness the moving of our embassy from Tel–Aviv to Jerusalem, the eternal Capital of Israel. The president of Honduras met with Israel's new prime minister for the inauguration of the embassy and we also had the opportunity to pray for Honduras and Israel at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. It was a special occasion filled with joy, and I feel blessed to be part of this moment. We also had the opportunity to visit the places where our Lord walked, preached, died and was resurrected.
